Pi Terms of Use
Effective Date: 2026-05-09
These Terms of Use apply to Pi, a pi-themed magic and performance assistant app provided by Robert Wonder Lab for preparing, organizing, rehearsing, and performing routines based around pi, numbers, memory, or revelations.
简体中文摘要:使用 Pi 时,您应确保自己有权使用相关脚本、数字线索、表演素材或例程。Pi 是辅助工具,表演效果和合法使用责任由使用者自行承担。
App Usage
You may use Pi to prepare pi-themed magic routines, organize cues and notes, configure performance settings, rehearse presentations, and use local app features during lawful performances or practice.
User Responsibility for Material
You are responsible for the notes, cues, scripts, images, numbers, or other material you create, import, reference, process, export, or share using Pi. You should only use Pi with material that you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to use in your performance context.
Performance Responsibility
Pi is a support tool for performers. You are responsible for rehearsal, audience management, performance conditions, device preparation, battery level, and any statements or representations you make during a performance.
No Hosted Performance or Cloud Account Service
Pi does not provide a hosted performance service, cloud account system, or cloud storage for your routines. If you manually share exported or copied material to a third-party app, website, or service, that action is your choice and the third party's terms and privacy policy apply.
In-App Purchase Terms
Paid features
Pi may offer paid features or unlocks through Apple In-App Purchase. Any paid unlock applies to eligible Pi features made available in the app.
Purchases handled by Apple
Purchases, payment processing, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple App Store and StoreKit. Use the Restore Purchases option inside Pi where available.
Refunds handled by Apple
Refund requests and eligibility are handled by Apple according to App Store policy. Please use Apple's report a problem or purchase support channels for refund requests.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pi to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass access controls, mislead people in unlawful or harmful contexts, distribute unlawful content, or process material in a way that you are not authorized to perform.
Disclaimer
Pi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted use, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, suitability for every performance environment, or any particular performance result.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robert Wonder Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, material, profits, performance opportunities, reputation, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use Pi.
Changes
We may update these Terms when Pi changes or when legal, technical, or App Store requirements change. Continued use of Pi after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
