Information We Collect
No account requirement
Pi does not require you to create an account, register, or log in.
Local performance material
You may create, configure, or save pi-themed routines, cues, notes, preferences, and performance settings inside the app. This material is handled locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it through Apple system features.
Purchase information handled by Apple
If Pi offers paid features or In-App Purchases, purchase, restore, billing, refund, and payment information are processed by Apple App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment details.
Diagnostics from Apple
Apple may provide developers with crash reports, performance diagnostics, or App Store statistics, depending on your device and Apple account settings. We use this information only to understand reliability and improve the app.
How We Use Information
Pi uses local app data only to provide features you choose to use:
- setting up pi-themed magic routines and performance modes;
- saving cues, notes, preferences, and routine configuration on your device;
- displaying performance information during rehearsal or use;
- restoring purchases through Apple StoreKit, where applicable;
- sharing user-selected content through Apple system share features, if you choose.
Local Processing
Pi is designed around local performance preparation and local use. We do not operate a cloud account system for Pi, and we do not use advertising SDKs or third-party ad tracking inside the app.
Sharing
If you choose to share notes, exported material, screenshots, or other content with another app, person, website, or service, that destination receives the content you selected. The privacy policy and terms of that third party apply to the shared content.
Data Retention
Locally saved routines, settings, notes, and related app data remain on your device unless you delete them in the app, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Device backups are controlled by your Apple and device settings.
Children's Privacy
Pi is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because Pi does not require accounts and is designed for local use, we do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.
Security
You are responsible for protecting your device, device passcode, backups, and any third-party destinations you choose when sharing performance material.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Pi changes or when legal, technical, or App Store requirements change. The Effective Date above will be updated when the policy changes materially.
