PageLoom Terms of Use

App Usage

You may use PageLoom to import PDFs from Files into the app sandbox, read PDFs locally, split documents by page range, export selected page ranges as partial PDFs, extract text, use local prompt templates, and share selected content through the system share sheet.

User Responsibility for Imported Documents

You are responsible for the documents you import, view, process, export, or share using PageLoom. You should only use PageLoom with documents that you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to process.

No Cloud Storage or Hosted AI Service

PageLoom does not provide cloud synchronization, cloud document storage, third-party cloud OCR, or a hosted AI service. PageLoom does not send your PDF files to AI services. If you manually share exported PDFs or extracted text to a third-party app, AI app, website, or service, that action is your choice and the third party's terms and privacy policy apply.

In-App Purchase Terms

Lifetime Pro unlock

PageLoom Pro is offered as a non-consumable lifetime unlock with Product ID com.wang2.PdfSplitReader.pro.lifetime. The unlock applies to eligible PageLoom Pro features made available in the app.

Purchases handled by Apple

Purchases, payment processing, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple App Store and StoreKit. To restore Pro, open the Paywall in PageLoom and tap Restore Purchases.

Refunds handled by Apple

Refund requests and eligibility are handled by Apple according to App Store policy. Please use Apple's report a problem or purchase support channels for refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PageLoom to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful content, or process documents in a way that you are not authorized to perform.

Disclaimer

PageLoom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that text extraction, OCR fallback, PDF rendering, page splitting, or exports will be error-free for every document. Some PDFs may contain restrictions, unusual encodings, scanned images, damaged pages, or layouts that affect results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robert Wonder Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, documents, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use PageLoom.

Changes

We may update these Terms when PageLoom changes or when legal, technical, or App Store requirements change. Continued use of PageLoom after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
